USA Swimming. USA Swimming shall provide LSC with certain insurance, including directors and officers, commercial general liability, non-owned automobile liability, bodily injury, personal injury, and abuse and molestation coverages in commercially reasonable amounts.
USA Swimming. In the event USA Swimming is decertified as the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States in accordance with the Act, LSC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement effective upon giving of notice to USA Swimming.
