Common use of Usage Period Clause in Contracts

Usage Period. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at any time from the Fifth Amendment Effective Date through the Letter of Credit Non-Formula Revolving Maturity Date, Borrower may request Letters of Credit, in amounts and upon terms as restricted in Section 2.1(c)(ii) below.

Usage Period. Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at any time from the Fifth Amendment Effective Date through the Letter of Credit Non-Formula Revolving Card Line Maturity Date, Borrower may request Letters of Credituse Credit Card Services, in amounts and upon terms as restricted in Section 2.1(c)(ii2.l(c)(ii) below.
