USE-6. Related to Exhibit “Page USE-6,” the joint access Maintenance Yard has been expanded by City for its use and storage.
USE-6. 01. The Premises are leased to Tenant only for the permitted use (as defined in Section 1.J. hereof). Tenant shall not use or suffer to be used the Premises, or any portion thereof for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever, without Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant shall conduct business under the trade name of Xxxxxxxxxxx Homes and no other without prior written consent.
