Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. Exhibitors agree to notify TNLA, in writing, if utilizing the services of an outside contractor at any time during the EXPO. Exhibitor-appointed contractors must conform to all regulations covered herein and to any that apply to and are published by TNLA.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. If an individual exhibitor chooses to utilize its own contractor (“EAC”) to provide any of the non-exclusive services that GES may otherwise perform under this Agreement, GES may enforce the mutually agreed upon policy to prohibit any EAC from working at any Show unless the exhibitor seeking to use the EAC delivers to GES at least 10 days prior to the Show move-in date: (i) a written statement setting forth the identity and intended use of the EAC, and (ii) a certificate of insurance evidencing that the EAC has in place, at a minimum, the insurance coverage required by this Section 6. Each EAC must maintain workers compensation insurance in the minimum amount required by state law, Commercial General Liability in a minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) covering all operations and Automobile Liability insurance and a minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) covering all owned, hired and non-owned vehicles. Additionally, the policies for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability shall include both Client and Global Experience Specialists, Inc. as additional insureds for the applicable Show.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. (EAC): Any Exhibitor using an EAC agrees to notify Show Management of such appointment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, NATAS, the exhibit facilities, and their respective officers, directors, staffs, employees and agents and all official contractors from any and all liability or losses for any act, complaint, damage, or loss to any other exhibitor, and exhibit hall, the property of any contractor or any consequential damages arising out of any such act or loss from the time the independent EAC first arrives at the hall until the final move-out is complete. The exhibitor further agrees that Show Management may prohibit the EAC from working in the hall if they do not fully comply with all rules and regulations set forth for them at this event. Any Exhibitor using an EAC agrees to advise its EAC of all rules and regulations.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. In the event that AMGA appoints any official service contractors for such services as material handling, furniture rental, booth and floral decorations, signs, photographs, drinking water, skilled labor or others, the Exhibitor agrees to utilize the services of such official service contractors. Specifically, the Exhibitor acknowledges that electrical service must be coordinated by AMGA’s contractor, and that all rental equipment and labor requirements must be requested through AMGA’s official decorator. If the Exhibitor wishes to utilize the services of any contractor other than those contractors appointed by AMGA, the Exhibitor must first obtain the prior written consent of AMGA. In order to conform to union contract rules and regulations, the Exhibitor must use qualified union personnel for the various services required for installation and dismantling of exhibits and for material handling within the Conference. Any requests from independent contractors hired by the Exhibitor must be made to the exhibit hall manager not less than 90 days prior to the Conference start date. The CONTRACTOR hired by the exhibitor must, by the deadline date, provide the show’s official contractor with a current Certificate of Insurance with minimum limits of $500,000 property damage per occurrence, $1,000,000 personal injury per occurrence, workers compensation aggregate coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and naming Xxxxxxx Exposition Services, the Conference location, and AMGA as additionally insured for the time period of the show (including move-in and move-out days). Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. Any Exhibitor using an independent contractor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Show Management and other Exhibitors from any and all liability for any act by the independent contractor causing damage to the exhibit hall and/or any personal property. Any Exhibitor using the services of an independent contractor assumes all liability for the acts of that contractor under this contract. The Exhibitor agrees to provide all outside contractors working for them with a complete copy of event rules and regulations, as well as ensure their activities conform to same.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. If an individual exhibitor chooses to utilize its own contractor, Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (“EAC”), to provide any of the non- exclusive services that TEG may otherwise perform under this Agreement, AFA will enforce the policy of prohibiting any EAC from working at any Event unless the exhibitor seeking to use the EAC delivers to AFA at least ten (10) days prior to the event move-in date (i) the completed TEG forms for EAC’s, and (ii) a Certificate of Insurance (“COI”) evidencing that the EAC has in place the minimum insurance coverage as prescribed in Section 29 of this agreement. The policies for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability shall name AFA, Music City Center and TEG as additional insureds for the Show. TEG will collect all necessary forms and an agreed-upon fee. If all COI forms are not received by the deadline, TEG has the right to require Exhibitor to use TEG supplied labor.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. Any company using Exhibitor Appointed Contractor companies must provide UnitedAg with a certificate of insurance, clearly stating who the exhibiting company is. Certificate of insurance is required. Every Ex- hibitor and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors must comply with applicable labor agree- ments and practices and must not commit or allow to be committed by persons in its employment any acts that could lead to work stoppage, strikes, or labor problems.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. If Exhibitor chooses to utilize its own contractor (“EAC”) to provide any services, Exhibitor must contact Promoter to determine if exclusive rights to provide those services are already contracted by Exhibitor and to get permission to use EAC. If Promoter grants permission, Exhibitor provide the following to Promoter at least 15 days prior to the Event:
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. (EAC): Exhibitors who desire to use an EAC to set up and/or dismantle their Exhibit Space(s) must provide Event Manager with the following information no less than 30 days before the Event: a) name address, and telephone number of the EAC; b) name of the supervisor to be in attendance; c) a valid certificate of insurance with minimums of $100,000 workmen’s compensation and employer’s liability. General liability coverage must provide for $2,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate for bodily injury and property damage; and d) a statement that the EAC shall comply with Exhibitor/Vendor Terms and Conditions. All Exhibitors shall ensure that all employees or contractors will be governed by the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act for the Province of Ontario.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors. In the event an exhibitor of the Event (“Exhibitor”) hires what is commonly referred to as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (“E.A.C.”), General Services Contractor, Xxxxxxx, is to be notified in writing a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of the commencement of such appointment, in addition to providing a certificate of insurance evidencing that the E.A.C. has in place the minimum liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000 naming Xxxxxxx as an additional insured. ARMA International authorizes Xxxxxxx to enforce these requirements and to prohibit any E.A.C. from working at the Event should these requirements not be met by the E.A.C. and the Exhibitor.
