Common use of Use of City Facilities and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of City Facilities and Equipment. With the prior approval of the Chief of Police or his designee, Chapter representatives may use City copy and fax machines. Such use shall not take precedence over City needs and any materials used or other costs incurred shall be reimbursed by the Chapter if requested by the City. No Chapter or Union business shall be conducted during the paid work time of any officer covered by this Agreement.
