USE OF COMPANY FACILITIES. 8.01 An accredited representative of the Union will be permitted access to the Company's premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance, and to attend meetings called by management. Such meetings shall not unduly interfere with the Company’s operations. Permission to enter the premises shall, in each case, be obtained from the Company. 8.02 The Company will not unreasonably deny the Union permission to use the Company’s premises for conducting meetings of their members where refusal to grant permission would make it difficult for the Union to convene a meeting. Such meetings shall not unduly interfere with the Company’s operations. The Union shall ensure the orderly and proper conduct of the members who attend such meetings and agrees to be responsible for leaving facilities in good order after use. 8.03 Notwithstanding any agreement that might be reached in consultation regarding the use of electronic bulletin boards, the Company shall designate at each location a bulletin board(s) in a suitable place(s) on its premises for the posting of Union material regarding meetings, elections, negotiations, Union policies and positions, and internal affairs of the Union. Posting of notices or other materials require the prior approval of the Company. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. These notices may be sent to locations as listed in the NCJC Isolated Post Program to be received on the Company’s facsimile where other forms of communication are not readily available to the Union. 8.04 The Company will also continue its present practice of making available to the Union specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Union.
