Common use of USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE Clause in Contracts

USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. 24.1 The Council shall permit the Organisation to use for the purposes of providing the Services the Council’s Computer Systems and/or Council’s Software as set out in the Fifth Schedule subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as are set in the Fifth Schedule or as the Council may notify to the Organisation from time to time.

USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. 24.1 20.1 The Council shall permit the Organisation to use for the purposes of providing the Services the Council’s 's Computer Systems and/or Council’s 's Software as set out in the Fifth Schedule ICT Protocol subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as are set in the Fifth Schedule or as the Council may notify to the Organisation from time to timeICT Protocol.

USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. 24.1 The Council shall permit the Organisation to use for the purposes of providing the Services the Council’s Computer Systems and/or Council’s Software as set out in Part 1 of the Fifth Schedule for the Contract Period or in the case of the Council’s Computer Systems which are leased or rented for the duration of the relevant lease or rental agreement subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as are set in Part 2 of the Fifth Schedule or as the Council may notify to the Organisation from time to time.

USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. 24.1 The Council shall permit the Organisation to use for the purposes of providing the Services the Council’s Computer Systems and/or Council’s Software as set out in the Fifth Third Schedule subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as are set in the Fifth Third Schedule or as the Council may notify to the Organisation from time to time.

USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. 24.1 The Council shall permit the Organisation to use for the purposes of providing the Services the Council’s 's Computer Systems and/or the Council’s 's Software as set out in the Fifth Schedule 5 subject to such terms, conditions and stipulations as are set out in the Fifth Schedule 5 or as the Council Council's Representative may notify to the Organisation from time to time.
