Common use of Use of Coordinating Committee Clause in Contracts

Use of Coordinating Committee. The Coordinating Committee will be used as the primary means of consultation and coordination between the District and the FP in connection with the conduct of studies and implementation of the Measures set forth in this Agreement and for dispute resolution. Any entity not executing this Agreement shall not be a Party to this Agreement and shall not be entitled to vote on any committee established by this Agreement. However, any committee established by this Agreement may agree to allow participation of any governmental entities not a Party to this Agreement.
