Use of Earned Sick Leave. 9.8.6.1 When the employee’s entitlement to industrial accident leave has been exhausted, the employee’s entitlement to earned sick leave will then be used. 9.8.6.2 If the employee is receiving a compensation award, he or she shall be entitled to use only as much of his or her accrued sick leave or vacation as, when added to the compensation award, will provide for a full day's pay.
