Use of Electronic Banking Services. Your use of Electronic Banking Services will show that you have received, understood and agreed to this Agreement. You will use Electronic Banking Services in accordance with our directions in this Agreement, or as otherwise communicated to you from time to time. • You authorize us to accept without any further verification, and you agree to be responsible for, all instructions for Electronic Transactions via Electronic Banking Services, when accompanied by your Card or Secret ID Code. • Except as shown in section 11, “Your Liability”, the use of your Card or Secret ID Code by you, or by any person with or without your knowledge or consent, in connection with an Electronic Transaction, binds you legally and makes you responsible as if you had given signed instructions to us. • We may verify communications, or the source of the communications, before we accept them, but we are not obligated to do so. • If you use Electronic Banking Services to make bill payments, it is your responsibility to ensure that the billing information (such as xxxxxx name and billing account number) you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date at all times. You consent to us exchanging billing information with your billers in order to ensure that your billing information is accurate and up-to-date. We have no obligation to seek updates to your billing information from any billers and we are not liable to you for any loss or claim that may arise as a result of us not having obtained or received your accurate and up-to-date billing information.

Use of Electronic Banking Services. To become eligible to use Electronic Banking Services, you must have an account with us and complete an enrollment form. When your enrollment form is accepted, we will notify you and provide you with further information on how to begin using the service. Additional help in using the service is available on-line. Before you use the Electronic Banking Services you should read this Agreement which describes the Electronic Banking Services in greater detail. Your use of any of the Electronic Banking Services means that you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

The type of your deposit account will determine whether such limitations apply. If the agreement governing the account from which the funds are to come restricts the number of such transactions that may be conducted during a monthly account cycle: • Each computer‐initiated transfer from the account to another account in your name would be one of the six pre‐authorized transfers permitted, per cycle. • Bill payments will not be allowed from the account. General EFT Information This section applies to all EFT services offered by the Bank. Documentation You will receive a transaction receipt whenever you use your ATM Card or Check Card. If there are any EFT transactions during the monthly statement cycle, you will also receive a monthly statement for your account, and even if there are no EFTs during this period, you will receive either a monthly or a quarterly statement for each account to or from which EFTs are permitted. The statement will include the date, amount and other details regarding each EFT occurring during the period.
Use of Electronic Banking Services. ‌ You will not use electronic banking services in connection with your motusbank Accounts for illegal, fraudulent or defamatory purposes or take any steps which could undermine the security or integrity of or cause harm to or threaten to cause harm to any other user of any electronic banking service offered by us. We reserve the right to disable or cancel any transactions and close any Accounts of Members who act contrary to the above. We reserve the right to restrict or deny any services we provide as part of your Accounts in the event we determine any abuse of said services on your part. Please be advised, we may record all telephone calls that relate to the use of or include instructions for using electronic banking services in connection with your Accounts for training or compliance purposes. By using motusbank’s Electronic Services, such as Online Banking or Motus Mobile Banking applications, you acknowledge that Electronic Services may be used in conjunction with location based services, and agree that motusbank may collect, transmit, process, display, disclose, maintain or use location based data. For certain features of Electronic Services motusbank may transmit data collected from location based services to third parties to enhance your electronic experience. As an example we may transmit your location data to PriceRazzi which is a third- party that supports the Price Drop feature of our mobile banking application. In addition, we use SessionCam to record certain interactions of visitors to our online banking site to identify usability issues for our users. As part of this we record mouse movements, clicks, mobile gestures, form input, scrolling.

  • Mail Services BTU-ESP may use the School Board mail service, including employee mailboxes, for official communication to education support professionals, provided the BTU-ESP complies with all provisions of the Private Express Statutes, including postage requirements. The parties agree that should the Private Express Statutes change regarding required postage, this provision shall be modified accordingly. BTU-ESP and the Board shall develop guidelines for this service and for appropriate charges prior to implementing the use of the mail service.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
