Use of Electronic Mail. The Employer shall permit use of the College electronic mail facilities for communicating Union meeting notices and information relating to potential or actual grievances provided that the sender prepares and sends the communication outside working hours, i.e., during coffee breaks, lunch hours, or after hours.
