Use of Employees' Vehicles/Reimbursement. 1. When an employee's regularly assigned duties require use of a personal automobile in the performance of duties, the employee will be reimbursed for mileage at the maximum amount per mile authorized by the Consolidated City Government of Jacksonville or transportation shall be provided to the job site from the permanent work location.
