Credit for Military Experience. (a) The Credit or Clock Hour for Military Experience Equivalency List (“Equivalency List”) contains a list of military courses, training, and occupations which have been evaluated to determine equivalency and alignment with courses taught in Florida’s public colleges and career centers. The Equivalency List, Effective September 2022, is herein incorporated by reference and located at (DOS Link). The list may be requested from the Office of Articulation, Florida Department of Education, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.

Credit for Military Experience. Effective 2017-2018 school year, Paraprofessionals providing verification of active military service (DD214), shall receive credit on the appropriate paraprofessional salary schedule at a rate of one (1) year for each twelve (12) months of continuous military service up to a maximum of two (2) years. Pay shall not be credited prior to the 2017-2018 school year.
Credit for Military Experience. Credit for experience in the armed services of the United States shall be allowed as credit “elsewhere” up to three (3) years. A year of military service is defined to include no less than nine (9) months of any twelve (12) month period. The dates of induction and separation from active duty shall determine the period of service. Credits for military service shall be allowed only when the applicant has taught one (1) or more full years before his/her military service, except in the case of a teacher who has been drafted into military service prior to assuming his/her teaching duties, in which case credit shall be granted as described above.

  • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.
