Use of Employer Resources. 4.7.1 The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in general work areas agreed upon by the Employer and the Guild. These bulletin boards may be used by the Guild. The Guild shall limit its posting of notices and bulletins to such bulletin boards.
