Use of Equipment and Facilities. A. Bulletin board space shall be made available to the Association in each school which has a bulletin board for the posting of notices and other materials relating to Association activities. The bulletin board space shall be identified with the name of the Association. The Association Building Representative has the responsibility of maintaining the bulletin board. All materials so posted shall be signed by an officer or building representative of the Association.
