General Conditions of Entry. (a) Dress Code
(i) You must wear appropriate clothing while using the Revo Fitness Facilities, in the discretion of the Revo Fitness staff. Work clothes, boots, school uniforms and casual clothes that are not sportwear are not permitted.
(ii) You must wear appropriate enclosed sport shoes at all times while using the equipment or fitness area.
(iii) If you do not wear appropriate clothing or shoes, we may ask you to leave the Revo Fitness Facilities.

(b) Use of equipment and facilities
(i) You must complete an OIP in accordance with clause 3.5 prior to undertaking your first exercise session or using any equipment at a Revo Fitness Facility.
(ii) You must at all times follow the safe operating procedures and instructions on the equipment and/or as directed by Revo Fitness staff.
(iii) You must only use the equipment for its intended purpose/s.
(iv) If you cause any damage to the gym, the fitness equipment or any item of property at a Revo Fitness Facility, you must notify us immediately and we are entitled, at our discretion, to charge you for the costs of repairing the damaged items or, if repair is not possible, replacement of the damaged items.
(c) Refusal of Entry You may be refused entry or asked to leave if you:
(i) act or engage in any activity which could cause damage to the gym, the fitness equipment or any item of property at a Revo Fitness Facility;
(ii) do not follow any instruction or direction given to you by Revo Fitness staff concerning use of the equipment or personal conduct; (iii) act or engage in any activity which causes or threatens harm against Revo Fitness staff or other Members;
General Conditions of Entry. (a) The Member must comply with the following conditions at all times while accessing the Facilities and performing and participating in the Activities:
(i) Members must conduct themselves in the Premises and whilst accessing the Facilities in a proper and civil manner respecting the rights and expectations of Personnel, other Members, Casual Visitors and other visitors to the Premises.
(ii) Members must at all times comply with all reasonable requests and directions of AV and its Personnel when accessing the Facilities and performing and participating in the Activities.
(iii) AV reserves the right to refuse entry to the Premises by a Member or a Member will be requested to leave the Premises if the Member is:
(A) abusive or uses offensive language or if in the reasonable opinion of AV or its Personnel, the Member’s behaviour is threatening; and/or
(B) considered, in the reasonable opinion of AV or its Personnel, to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any behaviour altering substance.
(iv) Members are not permitted to smoke at any time in or about the Premises.
(v) Pets or animals are not permitted at any time within the Premises.
(vi) Members must only use the Facilities in the manner for which they are intended.
(vii) Members must return all equipment provided by AV as part of the Facilities to its correct place after use and must ensure that such equipment is returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
(viii) Members must wear appropriate training attire while performing and participating in the Activities. In that regard, no sandals, thongs or clothing that is likely to cause offence to otherwise will be permitted;
(ix) Members must not engage in the use, sale or distribution of alcohol, and other drugs in or about the Premises;
(x) Members must ensure at all times that they are in possession of any medication that they require and acknowledge that AV and its Personnel are not able to provide any medical advice to Members and will not keep any medication whatsoever at the Premises.
(b) Members acknowledge and agree that AV may:
(i) close off the whole or part of the Premises if AV deems such closure necessary for the safety of the Members, the Casual Visitors and its Personnel;
(ii) amend the rules, policies and guidelines in relation to the use of the Facilities and AV will provide reasonable notice of such changes to the Members either by posting them on its website or on the notice boards located at the Premises; and
(iii) change the Opening...

General Conditions of Entry. To assist us in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all members, parents, visitors & volunteers, you must abide by the following conditions.
General Conditions of Entry. You acknowledge and agree that:
a) the gymnasium facilities are only available for use if you have a current membership or valid casual entry pass;
b) you are required to scan your membership card on arrival at the gym. If you are bringing a guest they are required to first speak to a member of staff and sign in at reception;
c) children up to and including the age of 13 are not permitted to be inside any areas of the club except for child minding during normal supervised child minding hours;
d) you must put away all gym equipment immediately upon completion of exercise;
e) you must wear enclosed, clean sports shoes whilst in the gym. This includes entering the gym and leaving the gym as well as in the pool area. Under no circumstances are thongs or any other type of non-enclosed shoes to be worn while in Active Life Fitness facilities;
f) you are required to wear a singlet or t-shirt while in the gym;
g) a towel must be used whilst participating in any group fitness classes or using any piece of equipment in the gym. If you forget to bring a towel you may purchase an Active Life Fitness towel for $12.
h) all equipment must be wiped down after use;
i) wet clothing is not allowed in the gymnasium;
j) you must conduct yourself in a manner which will not cause harm or discomfort to any other members or guests;
k) you may not use abusive or threatening language or behave in a threatening way towards members, staff or other parties;
l) Active Life Fitness accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items;
m) any breakage or damage to equipment must be immediately reported to an Active Life Fitness staff member and any equipment that is broken or faulty should not be used;
n) bags are not permitted on the gymnasium floor. Bags must be stored on the storage rack in the weights room or in the lockers in the bathrooms;
o) you must adhere to any reasonable instruction or request made by Active Life Fitness staff;
p) Active Life Fitness is a non-smoking facility;
q) no animals, drugs, alcohol or glass is allowed on the premises;
r) you may not exercise while impaired by alcohol or drugs;
s) foul, abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour is not permitted; t) mobile phones, cameras or recording devices are not to be used in the change rooms;

(i) Required gear for Stick & Puck sessions: Helmet, shin guards, elbow pads, skates, gloves, shoulder pads, hockey pants, cup, jersey, hockey socks, and stick. Players without these items will be asked to leave the ice for safety reasons.

(i) You must always follow any safety/evacuation instructions by as directed by Xxxxxxxx Ice Arena staff.
(ii) If you cause any damage to the facilities or any item of property at a Cockburn Ice Arena, you must notify us immediately and we are entitled, at our discretion, to charge you for the costs of repairing the damaged items or, if repair is not possible, replacement of the damaged items.
(iii) Required gear for Stick & Puck sessions: Helmet, shin guards, elbow pads, skates, gloves, shoulder pads, hockey pants, cup, jersey, hockey socks, and stick. Players without these items will be asked to leave the ice for safety reasons.
(c) Refusal of Entry You may be refused entry, asked to leave or have your Membership cancelled if you:
(i) act or engage in any activity which could cause damage to the arena, the facilities or any item of property at Cockburn Ice Arena;
(ii) do not follow any instruction or direction given to you by Cockburn Ice Arena staff concerning use of the arena, facilities, emergency procedures or personal conduct;
(iii) act or engage in any activity which causes or threatens emotional or physical harm against Cockburn Ice Arena staff or other Members;
(iv) act or engage in any activity which constitutes sexual harassment, intimidation, bullying (online or otherwise) against Cockburn Ice Arena staff or other Members;
(v) are under the influence of, or suspected to be under the influence of, any intoxicating substance or illicit substance while at Cockburn Ice Arena;
(vi) consume, or are in possession of, any intoxicating substance or illicit substance while at Cockburn Ice Arena;
(vii) fail to follow the Private Figure Skating Session Etiquette rules. This will be documented and repeated incidences may result in having your Membership cancelled;
(viii) do not adhere to the Terms & Conditions of this Membership.
General Conditions of Entry. (a) The Centre will refuse entry, or request any person to leave the premises if the person;
(i) Is abusive or uses offensive language or whose behaviour is threatening or
(ii) Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
(b) No smoking permitted in the centre.
(c) The use of cameras and mobile phones is not permitted in the centre and change room areas.
(d) No chewing gum permitted in the centre.
(e) Glass is not permitted
(f) Swim Nappies are to be worn by all children who are not competently toilet trained.
General Conditions of Entry. (a) To assist us in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, you are required to abide by the Conditions of Entry, Facilities signage, and the reasonable directions of Centre staff.
(b) Failure to comply with clause 9(a) may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
(c) If a Member is refused entry, or their membership is cancelled because of a failure to adhere to the Conditions of Entry, they will not be entitled to a refund of fees due or payable as at the date of refusal or cancellation.
