Common use of Use of Facilities/Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Facilities/Equipment. The Association has the right to use school facilities and equipment upon request and upon approval of the Superintendent or building principal. The Association shall be permitted to use school buildings for official membership and executive committee meetings after school hours at a time and place that does not interfere with the normal and other scheduled use of such buildings except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No fees will be charged the Association unless additional services or personnel are needed.
