Use of Marks, Materials and Suggestions. The names, logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogan are the property of the Bank, our affiliates and service providers. You are not authorized to use our names or marks in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without our prior written consent. You may use, copy and distribute the materials found in Personal Finance for internal, noncommercial, informational purposes only. All copies you make of the material must bear any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice, which pertains to the material being copied. Except as authorized in this section, you are not being granted a license under any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right in the material or the products, services, processes or technology described therein. We, our affiliates and/or any third party owner of such rights retain all such rights. Any feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which you send to us will be treated as being non- confidential and nonproprietary. We will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such information.

Related to Use of Marks, Materials and Suggestions

  • Use of Materials There should be no limitations or restrictions by Union upon a Contractor's choice of materials or design, nor, regardless of source or location, upon the full use and utilization, of equipment, machinery, packaging, precast, prefabricated, prefinished, or preassembled materials, tools or other labor saving devices, subject to the application of the California Public Contract and Labor Codes. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • No Improper Use of Materials During his or her employment with the Company, Employee will not improperly use or disclose any Confidential Information or trade secrets, if any, of any former employer or any other person to whom Employee has an obligation of confidentiality, and Employee will not bring onto the premises of the Company any unpublished documents or any property belonging to any former employer or any other person to whom Employee has an obligation of confidentiality unless consented to in writing by that former employer or person.

  • Quality of Materials and workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • Use of Material The Employer intends using the information provided by the Consultant for purposes including: • professional advice regarding decisions to be made in connection with the subject matter of the services; • inputs into the work of others and the administration of contracts; and • professional inputs into the delivery process Task specific use of information provided by the Consultant is set out in the Task Order.

  • Storage of Materials Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.
