Common use of Use of Personal Computers Clause in Contracts

Use of Personal Computers. Employees may be required to utilize personal computers and/or word processing equipment. This equipment may be utilized as a tool in performing job duties and does not represent an eroding of bargaining unit work. The right of installation of said equipment rests with the Employer.
