USE OF PERSONAL TECHNOLOGY AND PERSONALLY OWNED DEVICES. If an employee receives permission to access the District network, District electronically stored information, District electronic mail and message, and/or any other District Technology from his/her Personal Technology, the employee must abide by all District policies when accessing District Technology. Employees have no right or expectation of privacy in District Technology, including, but not limited to, District email and messages, even if that technology is accessed using Personal Technology.

The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.

  • CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY, AND TRADE SECRET INFORMATION AND MATERIALS a. Buyer and Seller shall each keep confidential and protect from unauthorized use and disclosure all (i) confidential, proprietary and/or trade secret information of a Party or third party disclosed by a Party; (ii) software provided under this Contract in source code form or identified as subject to this Article; and (iii) tooling identified as subject to this Article: in each case that is obtained, directly or indirectly, from the other in connection with this Contract or Buyer’s contract with its customer, if any, (collectively referred to as "Proprietary Information and Materials"). Proprietary Information and Materials excludes information that is, as evidenced by competent records provided by the receiving Party, known to the receiving party or lawfully in the public domain, in the same form as disclosed hereunder, disclosed to the receiving Party without restriction by a third party having the right to disclose it, or developed by the receiving Party independently without use of or reference to the disclosing Party’s Proprietary Information and Materials.

  • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.

  • Confidential Nature of Personnel File All documents within an employee’s personnel file are considered to be confidential and shall remain within the sole jurisdiction and purview of the Employer and employee unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement.

  • Permitted Uses and Disclosures by Business Associate 1. Business Associate may only use or disclose protected health information as necessary to perform the services as outlined in the underlying agreement.
