Additional Persons. The Members agree that any mediation procedure arising out of or relating to this Agreement will include any additional Person not a Member if: (i) a Member requests the addition of such Person; and (ii) the requesting Member reasonably believes the addition of such Person to be necessary to the resolution of the Dispute; and (iii) the additional Person is a party to a contract with the requesting Member, which contract contains the agreement of such additional Person to be bound by the mediation procedures set forth in this Agreement.
Additional Persons. In the event that additional persons not listed on Landlord’s Rental Application shall live in the property, a fee of $100.00 per person per month for each full month or partial month, retroactive to the beginning date of the lease shall be due from Tenant(s). This does not mean the Landlord must allow additional Tenant(s). Xxxxxx agrees to not allow anyone not named in lease to occupy the leased property without the written permission of landlord (XXX XXXXXXXXX). Tenant shall have a right to invite to the leased property, for a reasonable period of time (not to exceed fourteen days without the written consent of landlord) guests, family, or visitors so long as his obligations as a tenant under this lease are observed. Occupancy limits shall be limited to the person(s) named on the lease agreement. Local ordinances provide for over-occupancy which constitutes a zoning violation, which may be subject to fines and/or criminal punishment. Tenants are specifically advised of the existence of this ordinance.
Additional Persons. Each Party may have present at the meetings of the Operations Committee and Oversight Committee additional persons that such Party reasonably deems to be necessary and appropriate to achieving the purpose of the respective committee and the applicable meeting. ***Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additional Persons. The following categories of persons are covered by Section B whilst on a Journey during the Period of Insurance subject to the provisos where shown. Partners and Children of Directors (or Business Partners whose names have been declared and cover agreed by the Insurer) including one member of Domestic Staff. The same as that for the Director Directors must be covered under Section B.
Additional Persons. Any Person who is a transferee, successor or assignee of any Registrable Securities may be added to and be bound by the obligations of and receive the benefits afforded by this Agreement upon the signing and delivery to the Company of a Joinder Agreement. Any such Persons who shall execute a Joinder Agreement shall, by virtue of the execution of a Joinder Agreement, be deemed an Investor under this Agreement, and no action or consent by the other parties to this Agreement shall be required for such joinder to this Agreement by such Person.

Tenant shall not move any additional people into a manufactured home without written permission from the management and then only those said additional people who qualify under the guidelines established by Owner. Additional Persons are not considered Tenants or Residents and are not parties to this Rental Agreement. Tenant assumes responsibility of the actions of Additional Persons. Additional persons must vacate the premises upon termination of this Rental Agreement. Owner reserves the right to refuse said additional persons to occupy a manufactured home based on Utah law, this rental, and its park rules and
