Use of Resources. The County shall allow reasonable use of County buildings, equipment, facilities, and resources for the purpose of union activities and holding Association meetings, based upon obtaining prior approval and the availability of space. The Association shall not cause any unreasonable expense to be incurred by the County through its use of County buildings, equipment, facilities, and resources without prior approval. The Association shall reimburse the County when requested to do so.
