Disciplinary Standards. 17 On or before September 30 of each school year, each building Principal and his/her teaching staff shall meet 18 to develop and/or review building disciplinary standards and uniform enforcement of those standards. Visitor 19 access regulations will be in the employee handbook. In addition, the special education guidelines will be 20 reviewed.

28.9.1.1 First positive test = Termination.
28.9.2 Unjustifiable positive test results for controlled substances that are legally prescribed to other than the officer (proof must be submitted by the officer to verify that prescription is legal):
28.9.2.1 Discipline will be imposed on a case by case basis. Factors that will be considered will include the controlled substance taken, to whom the medication was prescribed (and for what purpose) and the officer’s prior discipline. Discipline will range from a reprimand up to and including termination.
28.9.3 Unjustifiable positive test results for alcohol 0.02% or above will be treated as a positive result:
28.9.3.1 First positive test = Reprimand + mandatory Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referral.
28.9.3.2 Second positive test = Termination unless officer voluntarily accepts written reprimand + mandatory EAP referral and satisfactory completion of approved program + voluntary “last chance agreement” including up to three “not for cause” additional tests per year for three

Disciplinary Standards. When an issue arises, students' first point of contact is with their teacher. The teacher will consult the counselor andlor Discipline Committee whenever necessary.
1. Students are expected to: • Respect school authorities, personnel, property, and the rights and properties of fellow students • Demonstrate self-control in and out of the classroom
2. Students are not allowed to: • Chew gum on school premises • Buy or sell any items on school premises • Bring their own athletic equipment
3. Students are prohibited from: • Bullying in any form (physical, verbal, and written) • Using inappropriate language on school premises and during all school sponsored activities • Inappropriate physical contact of any form • Bringing to school items such as magazines, toys, video games, portable audiolvideo players, iPods, etc. Such items will be confiscated and returned to the parent at the discretion of the teacher.
4. Cell phone use is strictly prohibited at all grade levels during school hours. Cell phones can be used after dismissal time.
Disciplinary Standards. 1. Bargaining unit faculty members are subject to this Agreement and any Employer policies, rules, regulations, directives, or orders not expressly addressed in this Agreement.
2. The Employer has the right to conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct or violations of policy. Bargaining unit faculty members are required to cooperate in an investigation and provide truthful information.
3. The Employer shall not discipline or discharge any bargaining unit faculty member without just cause.
4. The Employer is committed to the use of progressive discipline, noting that when the severity of the alleged offense or bargaining unit faculty member's history of discipline warrants a deviation, the Employer has the right to do so. For example, under certain circumstances, suspension without pay or termination may be warranted on the first occurrence, even though the bargaining unit member has no prior record of having been disciplined.
5. The Employer will not make use of any disciplinary action that is older than three
Disciplinary Standards. As set forth in the CMS Manual, Chapter 9 §50.5, FCC shall establish well- publicized disciplinary standards by encouraging good faith participation in the compliance program by all affected individuals. These standards shall include policies that (i) articulate expectations for reporting compliance issues and assist in their resolution; (ii) identify noncompliance or unethical behavior; and (iii) provide for timely, consistent, and effective enforcement of the standards when noncompliance or unethical behavior is determined. FCC shall maintain disciplinary records for a period of ten (10) years for all compliance violation disciplinary actions. Disciplinary Standards. PHILOSOPHY: The members of the Lakewood Police Department understand that serving the community with integrity requires discipline throughout the organization. Punitive discipline administered within the Police Department will be based on just cause.
Disciplinary Standards. Consistent with the terms of this Agreement, Tthe University has and retains the right to discipline bargaining unit faculty members in accordance with applicable University, divisional and departmental policies, rules, regulations, directives, orders, or expectations not expressly addressed in this Agreement, up to and including termination of the employment relationship prior to the expiration date of the employment contract.
