Common use of Use of School Buildings and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Buildings and Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use School District Buildings and equipment for the purpose of having meetings and transacting business on the same terms and conditions as other public groups, provided that such meetings do not interfere with the District's educational programs. The Association shall reimburse the District for any extra custodial costs resulting from the use of such buildings. All meetings shall not conflict with other pre-scheduled meetings for the facilities requested and shall be scheduled through the building administrator under the same procedure as applied to other public and civic groups.
