Common use of Use of School Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of School Equipment. The Association shall have the privilege of using school equipment with the permission of the principal at the close of the regular school day when it is not being used for school purposes. Such use shall occur under the supervision of those who are responsible for said equipment. The Association agrees that only experienced operators will use the equipment and that the Association will pay the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof. It is further understood that the use of school equipment shall be limited to that which is necessary for the preparation or reproduction of official Association communications or notices.
