Use of Sick Bank. a. The maximum number of days a participant can draw from the Sick Leave Bank will be capped at two hundred (200) for the first ten (10) year employment period beginning on the employees 1st anniversary of employment. There shall be a maximum lifetime cap of three hundred (300) days. Days repaid to the Sick Bank will not count towards this cap. (This maximum lifetime cap of three hundred [300] days will not include days used by employees under the old Sick Bank system.) b.
