Use of the Airport. β 7.1.1. Lessee is allowed to use the Airport and its appurtenances together with all public use areas and facilities, in common with others, on a non-exclusive basis, and subject to Section 3.3 of this Agreement, for the purposes authorized in Sections 3.2 of this Agreement. 7.1.2. Lessee shall be solely liable for and shall reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses incurred by Lessor, for the repair of any damage caused by Lessee to the Airport and its appurtenances and/or public areas or facilities at the Airport, excluding ordinary and reasonable wear and tear.
