Lessees Rights and Privileges. Lessee is allowed to use the Airport and its appurtenances together with all public use areas and facilities, in common with others, on a non-exclusive basis, and subject to and for the purposes authorized in this Agreement. Lessee shall be solely liable for and shall reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses incurred by Lessor, for the repair of any damage caused by Lessee to the Airport and its appurtenances and/or public areas or facilities at the Airport, excluding ordinary and reasonable wear and tear. Lessee, its agents, guests, and invitees shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the Hangar. However, if the privileges granted by this provision adversely affect or conflict with others, Lessor shall have the right to restrict and/or limit the hours of and/or the manner in which such ingress and/or egress may be exercised. Subject to Xxxxxx’s payment of rents, fees, and other charges when due and owing and the performance of the covenants, conditions, obligations, and agreements to be observed and performed by Lessee, Lessee shall peacefully and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the Hangar for the term of this Agreement free from hindrance or interruption by Lessor. Xxxxxx agrees temporary inconveniences such as noise, disturbances, traffic detours and the like, resulting from, caused by, arising out of, or connected (or associated) with the construction of Airport Improvements, or other Airport events, shall not constitute a breach of quiet enjoyment of the Hangar

Lessees Rights and Privileges. Lessee shall have the following rights and privileges on the Premises and on the Airport: (a) The right to install, operate, repair and store upon the Premises all equipment necessary for the conduct of Lessee’s business. (b) The right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises, which rights shall extend to Lessee’s employees, invitees and guests, subject, however, to all reasonable security regulations; and (c) The right in common with others authorized to do so to use the common areas of the Airport.

Those rights and privileges specifically authorized under this Agreement; and b. The right and privilege to use the Premises for the conduct of its Commercial Business as a Select Service Hotel concession. An upscale, high quality, and nationally recognized hotel brand shall be maintained throughout the duration Term of this Agreement, including Initial Term and Option Terms. The LESSEE shall not operate as other than a Select Service Hotel unless approved in advance by the LESSOR. c. The rights to install, operate, repair, and store upon the Premises all personal property and fixtures necessary for the conduct of LESSEE’s lawful business. d. The right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises, which rights shall extend to LESSEE’s invitees, contractors, subcontractors, agents, representatives and employees; subject, however, to all reasonable security regulations; e. The right in common with others authorized to do so, to use the common areas of the Airport, consisting of but not limited to roadways, streets, ramps, taxiways, runways, access gates, lighting beacons, and navigational aids;

(b) The right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises, which rights shall extend to LESSEE’s customers, agents, invitees, contractors, representatives and employees; subject, however, to all reasonable regulations. (c) The right in common with others authorized to do so, to use the common areas of the Airport, consisting of but not limited to roadways, streets, taxiways, runways, access gates, lighting, beacons, and navigational aids. (d) The right to uninterrupted taxiway connection and access from the Premises to the LESSOR’s air operations areas connecting and adjacent to the Premises.

  • INSPECTION PRIVILEGES Authorized agents of the Union shall have access to the Employer’s establishment during working hours for the purpose of adjusting disputes, investigating working conditions, collection of dues, and ascertaining that the Agreement is being adhered to.

  • Access Rights Upon reasonable notice and supervision by the Granting Party, and subject to any required or necessary regulatory approvals, either the Connecting Transmission Owner or Developer (“Granting Party”) shall furnish to the other of those two Parties (“Access Party”) at no cost any rights of use, licenses, rights of way and easements with respect to lands owned or controlled by the Granting Party, its agents (if allowed under the applicable agency agreement), or any Affiliate, that are necessary to enable the Access Party to obtain ingress and egress at the Point of Interconnection to construct, operate, maintain, repair, test (or witness testing), inspect, replace or remove facilities and equipment to: (i) interconnect the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System; (ii) operate and maintain the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities and the New York State Transmission System; and (iii) disconnect or remove the Access Party’s facilities and equipment upon termination of this Agreement. In exercising such licenses, rights of way and easements, the Access Party shall not unreasonably disrupt or interfere with normal operation of the Granting Party’s business and shall adhere to the safety rules and procedures established in advance, as may be changed from time to time, by the Granting Party and provided to the Access Party. The Access Party shall indemnify the Granting Party against all claims of injury or damage from third parties resulting from the exercise of the access rights provided for herein.
