Use of the University’s Name. Contractor shall not, prior to, in the course of, or after performance under this Agreement, use BSU's name in any advertising or promotional media, including press releases, as a customer or client of Contractor without the prior written consent of BSU.

Use of the University’s Name. Except as specifically permitted under this Agreement to notify the United States Patent and Trademark Office (and corresponding foreign offices) of the Assignment, Company and its Affiliates, licensees, employees, and agents may not use the name, logo, seal, trademark, or service xxxx (including any adaptation of them) of the University or any the University college, organization, employee, student or representative, without the prior written consent of the University.
Use of the University’s Name. The use of the name The University or any other or abbreviation thereof, in any manner in connection with the exercise of this License Agreement is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of The University.
Use of the University’s Name. This Agreement restricts HOPEHEALTH, INC. to certain limited uses of the name of the UNIVERSITY in advertising, publicity, or other promotional activities related to the satellite location and the medical services provided therein. Allowable uses include:
1) “HopeHealth at Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx University”
2) “HopeHealth at FMU” Any other use of the name, trade name, trademark, or other designation of the UNIVERSITY (including contraction, abbreviation, or simulation of any of the foregoing) is prohibited unless required by law or expressly permitted in writing by the UNIVERSITY. The use of the University logo is prohibited without written permission from the University Project Director.
