Common use of Use of Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Use of Vehicles. Use or allow the Vehicles leased under the AESOP I Operating Lease to be used in any manner (i) that would make Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase under an Eligible Manufacturer Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.

Use of Vehicles. Use or allow the Vehicles leased under the AESOP I II Operating Lease to be used in any manner (i) that would make Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase under an Eligible Manufacturer Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.
