Use of. “Including”: The word “including”, when used in this Agreement and preceded or followed by any terms or conditions, is not to be construed as limiting in any way the terms or conditions that either precede or follow that word, and, in respect of the terms and conditions that follow that word is deemed to refer to all other terms and conditions that can reasonably fall within the broadest possible scope of such terms and conditions.
