Linked Accounts All accounts with the Bank that you enroll in a service will be linked by the tax identification numbers of the persons authorized to access the account. The linked accounts will appear together without regard to the ownership of the accounts. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.
User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.
Account Fees The Company, by resolution of the Board of Directors, including a majority of the Independent Directors, may from time to time authorize the imposition of a fee as a direct charge against shareholder accounts of any class of one or more of the Funds, such fee to be retained by the Company or to be paid to the Investment Manager to defray expenses which would otherwise be paid by the Investment Manager in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 of this Agreement.
