User Equipment. User Equipment includes the following: mobile radios, portable radios, mobile data computers, radio data modems, control stations, and other related equipment. All User Equipment shall meet or exceed the minimum acceptable standards established by the Authority. In the event that any User Equipment is determined to be affecting the proper operation of the overall System as identified by the Authority, such User Equipment shall be immediately removed from service and shall not be returned to service until any deficiencies are resolved to the satisfaction of the Authority. The Authority shall maintain a list of User Equipment approved for operation on the System. Any changes to the User Equipment list shall be approved by the Authority. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
User Equipment. Client shall obtain, operate, support and maintain all User Equipment, at its sole expense.
User Equipment. (A) The User must have a connection to Internet in order to use the Software. The User is responsible for ensuring that it has all the equipment necessary to access the Internet with no interruption.

User Equipment. Customer is responsible for the selection, purchase, and configuration of Customer and user equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and other hardware, used to access the Elected Services. Upon request, Cincinnati Bell will assist Customer by providing information as to equipment compatibility with the Cincinnati Bell network. Customer is responsible for maintaining the functionality of all equipment, including ensuring connectivity to the internet. Customer is responsible for installing and configuring software (including Customer’s internet firewall) on Customer and user equipment as required to access the Cloud Services.
User Equipment. Except as specifically agreed upon herein, USER shall be responsible for provision of and set up, tear down, and supervision of all equipment or materials provided by USER during the Event and PCSD is in no way responsible for USER’s equipment or handling thereof. All equipment must be safe in operation. PCSD reserves the right to ban any equipment for safety concerns. USER is responsible to provide and coordinate any additional equipment required by the artist’s contract at USER’s expense.
