User Equipment. User Equipment includes the following: mobile radios, portable radios, mobile data computers, radio data modems, control stations, and other related equipment. All User Equipment shall meet or exceed the minimum acceptable standards established by the Authority. In the event that any User Equipment is determined to be affecting the proper operation of the overall System as identified by the Authority, such User Equipment shall be immediately removed from service and shall not be returned to service until any deficiencies are resolved to the satisfaction of the Authority. The Authority shall maintain a list of User Equipment approved for operation on the System. Any changes to the User Equipment list shall be approved by the Authority. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
User Equipment. Unit rates are based upon volume and usage projections included in Schedule N. Although there is a single rate in the price matrices, this rate includes the distribution of single-to-multi-line phones as projected in Schedule N.

In the event user equipment or software impairs User’s use of access connections or Service provided hereunder, User is nevertheless responsible for payment of any and all charges associated with the Service.

Except as specifically agreed upon herein, USER shall be responsible for provision of and set up, tear down, and supervision of all equipment or materials provided by USER during the Event and PCSD is in no way responsible for USER’s equipment or handling thereof. All equipment must be safe in operation. PCSD reserves the right to ban any equipment for safety concerns. USER is responsible to provide and coordinate any additional equipment required by the artist’s contract at USER’s expense.
User Equipment a) The user may bring in specialised equipment into the kitchen but such equipment is the sole responsibility of the user.
User Equipment. Lessor will purchase "used" Equipment which is obtained from a third party by Lessee for its use subject to:
(1) Lessor's prior approval of the Equipment; and (2) at Lessor's appraised value for such used Equipment.

User equipment means hardware equipment and its accessories deposited at the service provider by the user for the purpose of this Agreement, including but not limited to server, switch board, hub, private cable and connecting line, not including operating system, application, user data and related system configuration data.
