User's Insurance. (a) Where the User is an Authorised Retailer or Exempt Seller, the User must obtain and maintain, with a reputable insurance company, public liability and such other insurances in respect of any risks a person carrying on a business of retailing gas would prudently insure, including in respect of any liability it may incur under this Agreement. Otherwise, the User must obtain and maintain, with a reputable insurance company, public liability and such other insurances as Evoenergy reasonably specifies, including in respect of any liability it may incur under this Agreement.
(b) Whenever reasonably requested by Xxxxxxxxx, the User must give Evoenergy reasonable evidence (such as a certificate of currency) as to its insurance coverage in place pursuant to clause 28.2(a).
(c) The User must promptly notify Evoenergy if the User fails to obtain or maintain any insurance required under this Agreement. In this case, Evoenergy may obtain and maintain that insurance on behalf of the User at the cost of the User and the User must provide all reasonable assistance to Evoenergy to allow it to exercise this right.
User's Insurance. (c) The User must promptly notify JGN if the User fails to obtain or maintain any insurance required under this Agreement. In this case, JGN may obtain and maintain that insurance on behalf of the User at the cost of the User and the User must provide all reasonable assistance to JGN to allow it to exercise this right.
User's Insurance. User's Insurance. User, at User’s expense, shall maintain a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance pertaining to its use and occupancy of the Kitchen, with minimum protection of at least $1,000,000.00 combined single limit coverage for bodily injury, death to any one person or property damage in any one occurrence and shall list Xxxxxx’x as an additional insured.
User's Insurance. User's Insurance. The Manager agrees to require that proper insurance (or a self-insurance program acceptable to the Manager, in its sole discretion) indicating sufficient general liability, automobile, bodily injury, property damage, death and worker’s compensation insurance coverage, shall be obtained and maintained at all times by all users of the Event Centre as may be appropriate and usual for such users’ activities in a similar sports and entertainment facility; provided that, if CSEC obtains any sublease or license contemplated by Section 5.3(a) hereof, without limiting the generality of the foregoing CSEC shall, at a minimum, obtain the coverage contemplated by Section 8.1(a)(iv) hereof or be a named insured on such coverage obtained by the Manager. Such requirement will extend to all sublessees, licensees, users, promoters, exhibitors, concessionaires or other persons (other than The City) contracting with the Manager for use of the Event Centre. Such insurance requirement will include naming The City and the Manager as additional insureds and shall be written with insurers acceptable to The City and licensed to conduct business (and in good standing) in the Province of Alberta. The Manager will endeavour to have such requirement supported by a valid certificate of insurance.
User's Insurance. User, at User’s expense, shall maintain a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance pertaining to its use and occupancy of the Kitchen, with minimum protection of at least $1,000,000.00 combined single limit coverage for bodily injury, death to any one person or property damage in any one occurrence and shall list Xxxxxx’x as an additional insured. Before and after every use, Users must sign-in/out on the sheets provided by Xxxxxx’x using your business name (not personal name), date, time in/out, in addition to the hours used on each station with the station numbers.
User's Insurance. As a condition to entry onto the Licensed Premises, User shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage under which the User is the named insured and Church and its designated affiliates are named as additional insureds, insuring against all claims, demands or actions for injury, death and property damage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate. Such policy shall include a waiver of subrogation. Any insurance carried by either party with respect to the Licensed Premises or property or occurrences at the Licensed Premises shall include a clause or endorsement denying to the insurer rights of subrogation against the other party to the extent rights have been waived by the insured hereunder prior to occurrence of injury or loss. Each party hereby waives any rights of recovery against the other for injury or loss due to hazards covered by such insurance to the extent of the indemnification received thereunder. If instead the Licensed Premises is being used for non-recurring use (e.g. one day only), then in lieu of the requirement to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage, User shall maintain event liability insurance coverage under which User is named as the insured and Church and its designated affiliates are named as additional insureds, insuring against all claims, demands or actions for injury, death and property damage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate. User shall provide the Church office with a certificate evidencing such insurance with a 30 day notice of cancellation. Insurance carrier needs to be an A+ rated carrier. User’s Proof of insurance for the group or event must be on file in the Church Office at least a week before the event(s).
User's Insurance i. At its sole cost and expense, User shall maintain in full force and effect during the Occupancy Period the insurance described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
ii. User shall deliver to Owner certificates of all insurance reflecting evidence of required coverages prior to the Commencement Date and thereafter as Owner may request.

(c) The User must promptly notify Evoenergy if the User fails to obtain or maintain any insurance required under this Agreement. In this case, Evoenergy may obtain and maintain that insurance on behalf of the User at the cost of the User and the User must provide all reasonable assistance to Evoenergy to allow it to exercise this right.
