Usufruct. Tenant’s interest in the Leased Premises is a usufruct, not subject to levy and sale, and not assignable by Tenant except as expressly set forth herein.
Usufruct. This Lease creates only the relationship of landlord and tenant between Landlord and Tenant, and no estate in land shall pass out of Landlord. Tenant shall have only a usufruct, not subject to levy and sale and not assignable in whole or in part by Tenant except as specifically provided in this Lease.
