Lawn Maintenance. Altisource will maintain the lawn for all vacant and abandoned properties in consideration of local code requirements and consistent with adjacent/surrounding REO Properties. Altisource will remove all yard waste from the lawn, sidewalks, steps and driveway. Altisource will remove all snow from the front walkway to the front door.
Lawn Maintenance. Grounds shall be examined for proper drainage and, if necessary, graded to prevent the accumulation of stagnant water and to prevent water from seeping into building structures. All soil areas shall be sodded or seeded, as necessary, to prevent erosion, except garden areas at scattered sites. Weeds, saplings and uncut grass along the foundations of the house and garage, the fences, the walks, the parking areas, the sidewalk expansion joints and the window xxxxx are to be removed. All grounds are to be free of noxious weeds. Bushes, xxxxxx and trees are to be trimmed, if necessary. Grass shall be cut as often as necessary so that it does not exceed five (5) inches in height. The yard will be raked, as necessary.
Lawn Maintenance. Landlord shall have the obligations for ground maintenance to the Premises as specified in the Basic Lease Information.
Lawn Maintenance. Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing, trimming, raking, and shoveling of snow, ice and other foreign articles as specified by the City of East Lansing. Equipment required will be provided by Landlord. Any tickets or charges or violations of the City of East Lansing Ordinance will be the sole responsibility of the tenant. Any expenses will be considered additional rent to be paid within seven (7) days of being notified.
Lawn Maintenance. All grass areas including the main lawn next to the building and the areas between the street and parking lots will be mowed on a weekly basis, during the Months of May through September.
Lawn Maintenance. Lessee is responsible for mowing lawn and trimming weeds and grass in the immediate vicinity of the building (See Exhibit “A”). Grass should be kept to a height not greater than six inches. SRA is responsible to mow grass and lawn from the apron area to the taxiway. Any trees or shrubbery planted must not limit the visibility for vehicular or aircraft movement.
Lawn Maintenance. (a) Mowing - Mowing will be accomplished as needed during the growing season. Except when weather conditions dictate, the minimum mowing frequency shall not exceed seven (7) days. Mowing during all other periods of time will be performed if necessary based on turf growth.
Lawn Maintenance. RESIDENT shall keep lawn mowed on a regular basis, and shall trim all bushes as needed. Volunteer trees shall be kept cut down and no weeds, trees or bushes (other than those planted by OWNER) shall be allowed to grow along the foundation and any fence lines or one-half of any alley adjoining the property. If RESIDENT fails to mow the premises for three weeks in succession, OWNER is authorized to mow the premises for RESIDENT and charge RESIDENT a minimum of $50 for the same. If OWNER has to cut down volunteer trees or weeds allowed to grow by RESIDENT, the RESIDENT agrees to pay a minimum charge of $100 for this service. These charges may be avoided by RESIDENT cutting the grass, weeds and volunteer trees on a regular basis.
Lawn Maintenance. ~If the tenants are responsible for lawn care, the yard must be maintained according to city standards. If a warning is issued, either by the city or by the landlord, tenants have to rectify the problem within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification. Failure to comply will result in the lawn being professionally mowed and charged to the tenants. The tenants will add the cost of the mowing as additional rent for the next month. ~Tenants are responsible for yard litter and must keep the premises clear of debris ,cigarette butts, newspapers, etc. If the city issues a litter violation, the problem must be resolved within the timeframe specified on the warning ticket. Otherwise, the Landlord will notify the tenants in writing to pick up litter in the yard. If the debris is not picked up within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification, the landlord will have the litter removed and bill the costs of removal to the tenants. The charges will be paid as rent at the end of the month that the bill was sent.
Lawn Maintenance. 2.1 Contractor will mow turf areas as needed according to seasonal growth needs or an established schedule.
2.2 No more than 1/3 of the leaf blades will be removed per mowing – Contractor will be expected to adjust the mowing height as appropriate and, if necessary.
2.3 During periods of excessive rain and tall grass growth, the mower cut height may be raised.
2.4 All mowing will be conducted with a [reel/rotary/mulching] mower.
2.5 Mower blades will be sharp at all times to provide a quality cut and prevent tearing of the grass blades.
