Conflict with Lease. The provisions herein are intended to be supplementary to, and not in derogation of, the parties' rights and obligations contained in the Lease (including all of TCAC’s rights under the Lease as a party with a recorded encumbrance). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this Lease Rider Agreement, except for any term expressly excluded or modified by Section 21, the terms of this Lease Rider Agreement shall govern and control, and the Lease shall be deemed to be modified hereby. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained herein shall affect the rights of Senior Lenders or the Tax Credit Partner, nor shall anything contained herein subordinate the lien of any Senior Lender to any rights of TCAC hereunder.
