UTA-Directed Changes. UTA may direct changes in the Work. Upon receipt of such direction, Contractor shall prepare an estimate of the cost and schedule impact of the change (if any). Upon agreement between UTA and Contractor on the scope of the change to the Work, and the adjustment, if any, to the Contract Price and/or Contract Times, UTA and Contractor shall execute a written Change Order.

  • CLEC Requested Changes 58.9.1 CLEC may submit a request to negotiate and pay for changes in the content and format of the usage data transmitted by CenturyLink.
