Uta employee. ▪ If the uta employee works unusual working hours, the employer informs the employee in writing how these hours will be compensated. If the employer does not do this, the percentages shown in table 5.3 apply to the SLA employee as well. ▪ Exception: under the standard provisions, the employer may designate up to five Saturdays per year as mandatory working days.
