Common use of Utility Cost Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Utility Cost Monitoring. The Borrower agrees to permit the inspection of Borrower’s financial records at least annually to verify payment of utility costs and to compare annual utility costs with budgeted amounts to verify savings, if any, achieved by the Project.
