Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
Redundancy The company is, and will remain during the life of this Agreement, a participating employer in the Redundancy Payment Central Fund Ltd (Incolink) and all employees will be enrolled in the Fund and be entitled to redundancy benefits in accordance with the terms of the Deed. The company shall pay contributions on behalf of each employee into the Incolink Number 1 Fund on a weekly basis, as per the Trust Deed.
Disconnection of Service Customer may discontinue service upon written notification to OFMTC, after which Customer will still be subject to payment of all applicable charges. No initial charges shall be refunded once OFMTC has accepted this contract. OFMTC has the right to discontinue Customer’s service without notice if payment is more than approximately 30 days in arrears, if Customer fails to honor the terms of this agreement, if Customer violates the rules or regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or if Customer uses the designated service for unlawful or prohibited purposes. If Customer’s service is disconnected for nonpayment of Customer’s xxxx, a reactivation fee may apply if the service is resumed. Customer will be liable for any costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to collection of the amounts owed. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Based upon network availability, OFMTC High-Speed Internet Service is a “best efforts” service that can provide Downstream speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps, based upon the package selected by Customer. The actual speeds experienced by customers may vary and depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, customer location, destination on the Internet, traffic on the Internet, interference with a high frequency spectrum on the customer’s telephone line, and other devices that may be attached to the same cable pair. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.
Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:
Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.
