VACANCIES AND APPOINTMENTS. 7.4.1 Where an employer intends to fill a position that is vacant in Te Kura (other than with a fixed term employee) the employer shall wherever practicable, notify or advertise the vacancy in a manner sufficient to enable suitably qualified persons to apply for the position.
