Vacancies for the Subsequent School Year. All vacancies shall be listed on the Position List and made available at the school sites, Administration Building Lobby, Association Office and on-line except in cases where vacancies are filled by employee-initiated transfers, employer-initiated transfers, consolidations or unit members returning from leave. The Position List identifying vacancies not filled by employee-and/or employer-initiated transfer requests shall be made available weekly until the position is filled.`
