Vacancies, Promotions, and Newly Created Positions. A. A vacancy shall be defined as a bargaining unit position that is either newly created or which is unfilled because of death, retirement, resignation, termination, non- renewal or transfer and which the Board intends to fill. B. 1. During the school year a list of all vacancies and newly created positions for teaching, other certificated/licensed extra duty, supervisory and administrative positions will be sent to each individual school district email and posted on the A-Tech website upon the opening of such positions.
