Vacation Accrual Limit for Part. Time Employees Regular part-time employees may accrue unused vacation days in proportion to the ratio of their total work hours bear to a 40-hour work week. [Example: Part-time employees working twenty (20) hours per week with a 9-, 10-, 11-, or 12-month work year may accrue a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) hours of unused vacation days as of September 1 of each fiscal year.]
