Common use of Vacation Approval and Relief Clause in Contracts

Vacation Approval and Relief. a. The Employer will acknowledge approval or denial of requested vacations within fifteen (15) calendar days. If a vacation request is not acknowledged within 15 calendar days, the Employee will notify the Manager/Scheduler in writing. At that point, the Manager/Xxxxxxxxx has forty-eight (48) hours to approve or deny, or the request will be deemed approved.
