Vacation Credit During Rehabilitation Employment. Vacation credits will be earned based on the hours worked and the employee's vacation entitlement multiplied by the corresponding percentage listed below. These credits will be paid in cash in the last pay period of the year if not used by December 31, or upon return to regular employment, or upon termination.
