Vacation Guidelines. (a) Vacation entitlement for nurses will be calculated as at their adjusted hire date in any year. (b) Vacation guidelines for nurses will be reasonable and separate and apart from other hospital employees. All nurses shall receive vacation in accordance with Article 16.01 as of the Employer’s vacation entitlement determination date in any year.
