Vacation Programs. 3.1 During school breaks, students at the West and East Wilmington Schools will be encouraged to participate in educational programs. Programs will feature learning activities to boost student achievement in a meaningful way. Programs may include, without limitation, literacy, STEAM, math, or project-based activities to boost student achievement. Additionally, programs will feature social-emotional supports and full access to wellness services. The State’s obligation to fund the vacation programs contemplated in this provision shall be satisfied by providing the funding set forth in Section B.2.1.
