Vacation Shall Be Taken. An employee shall actually take his or her vacation in order to receive compensation for it. Vacations are not cumulative.

Laws Applicable to Construction The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware as applied to contracts executed in and performed wholly within the State of Delaware, without reference to principles of conflict of laws.
Laws of the State of New York The Contractor shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Massachusetts Law to Apply This Agreement shall be construed and the provisions thereof interpreted under and in accordance with laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
General Obligations 1. Each Party shall apply its measures relating to the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with Article 116 (General Principles) and, in particular, shall expeditiously apply those measures so as to avoid unduly impairing or delaying trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement. 2. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prevent a Party from applying measures to regulate the entry of natural persons into, or their temporary stay in, its territory, including those measures necessary to protect the integrity of, and to ensure the orderly movement of natural persons across, its borders, provided that such measures are not applied in such a manner as to unduly impair or delay trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement.
State of California Public Liability and Workers’ Compensation Program A. The Judicial Council has elected to be self-insured for its motor vehicle, aircraft liability and general liability exposures. B. The Judicial Council administers workers’ compensation benefits for its employees through a Third Party agreement.
Applicable Law; Venue The construction, interpretation and enforcement of this Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. The Courts of the State of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over this Contract and the parties, and the venue shall be the Second Judicial District, Albany County, Wyoming.
Venue; Governing Law Xxxxxx County, Texas, will be the proper place of venue for suit on or in respect of this Agreement. This Agreement, all of its terms and conditions, all rights and obligations of the parties, and all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, will be construed, interpreted and applied in accordance with, governed by and enforced under, the laws of the State of Texas.
Agreement Made in California; Venue The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for all litigation relative to the formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be in San Francisco.
NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED In the event the Contract expires or is terminated for any reason, a Customer shall retain its rights under the Contract and the Purchase Order issued prior to the termination or expiration of the Contract. The Purchase Order survives the expiration or termination of the Contract for its then effective term.
Time to Consider Executive acknowledges that he has been advised that he has twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt of this Release to consider all the provisions of this Release and he does hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive said given twenty-one (21) day period. EXECUTIVE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS READ THIS RELEASE CAREFULLY, HAS BEEN ADVISED BY THE COMPANY TO, AND HAS IN FACT, CONSULTED AN ATTORNEY, AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS THAT BY SIGNING BELOW HE IS GIVING UP CERTAIN RIGHTS WHICH HE MAY HAVE TO XXX OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASEES, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS RELEASE AND THE OTHER PROVISIONS HEREOF. EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE HAS NOT BEEN FORCED OR PRESSURED IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER TO SIGN THIS RELEASE, AND EXECUTIVE AGREES TO ALL OF ITS TERMS VOLUNTARILY.
